VERSATILE POWER SLED

This power sled supports push, pull, and drag exercises for indoor or outdoor turf training. Two knurled poles can be positioned in any of four sled sockets for flexible setup. A knurled double-handle low bar attachment includes one straight and one bent handle, while harness and rope hooks are positioned on both sides. The sled also fits Olympic-size weight plates and comes in a black finish.
