Return Policy

At US Fitness Products, we stand behind the quality of our equipment. Please review the policy below before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery or in-store pickup.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Condition Requirements

  • Returned items must be complete, undamaged, and include all original manuals, parts, and packaging.
  • Items showing damage, missing parts, or excessive wear may be refused and returned at your expense.

Fees, Shipping & Services

  • Restocking fee: 25% applies to all eligible returns within the 30-day window (opened or unopened).
  • Return transportation/delivery fee: Due to the complexity, size, and weight of fitness machines, a fee will be charged (or deducted from the refund) to transport the product back to our store or warehouse. The fee is quoted during the Return Authorization process and varies by distance, size, and weight.
  • Non-refundable charges: Original delivery, assembly, installation, and setup fees.
  • If our team must pick up the product, additional pickup logistics charges may apply.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

For safety, hygiene, and supply chain reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Free weights (dumbbells, plates, bars, kettlebells)
  • Benches, racks, and similar strength equipment
  • Accessories (belts, mats, grips, attachments, etc.) unless unopened in original packaging
  • Floor models, clearance, discontinued, or pre-owned products
  • Special-order or custom-configured products

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please report shipping damage or defects within 7 days of delivery.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange repair, replacement, or service at no additional charge.

Cancellations

  • Before shipment: Orders may be canceled for a full refund.
  • After shipment but before delivery: Canceled orders are processed as a return and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No transport fee applies.
  • After delivery: Orders are processed as a return and are subject to the 25% restocking fee plus the return transportation/delivery fee.

Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the product is received at our facility, inspected, and approved.
  • Cash purchases are refunded by company check within 30 days of inspection approval.
  • If the item fails inspection (missing parts, damage, or signs of use beyond evaluation), the refund may be adjusted or the item returned to you at your expense.
